WISKA UK Ltd reserves the right to limit access to the website and all features when deemed necessary.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Pricing/Order Agreement
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT. All prices are based on the quantity stated. WISKA UK Ltd reserve the right to amend pricing up until generation of an Invoice. The receipt of an order acknowledgement is an agreement that you have read and confirmed the correct quantities and prices. WISKA UK Ltd is not responsible for an input of incorrect part codes/quantities.
2. Delivery
WISKA UK Ltd offer a next day delivery service. This is subject to the following; Time of order receipt, stock availability, courier service availability and account status. WISKA UK Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control. Our cut-off times for receipt of orders are as follows: -
· Monday-Thursday 15:00pm
· Friday 14:30pm
3. Product Descriptions/Inaccuracies
WISKA UK Ltd holds no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies produced in any of our catalogues or literature.
4. Order Cancellations
WISKA UK Ltd will accept order cancellations on any order received on the same day providing that the goods have not yet been despatched. In order to affectively cancel an order WISKA UK Ltd requires a written confirmation to be sent to ecommerce@wiska.co.uk

6. Claims – (Faulty/Damaged Goods – Delivery Errors/Shortages)
Upon receipt of a WISKA UK Ltd delivery it is expected that a thorough inspection of the goods is to be completed prior to informing of a delivery error/shortage. In event of a delivery error/shortage, our policy is to replace the missing goods on the following working day where applicable and produce a Credit for the originally Invoiced goods. WISKA UK Ltd requires notification of Order, Pricing or Delivery errors to be made up to 14 days after receipt of order. Notifications received after 14 days will not qualify for a Credit. WISKA UK Ltd acknowledges that often during the transit of goods damages can occur. WISKA UK Ltd will often ask for evidence, usually in picture form, to be sent to a member of the Sales Office prior to agreement of a replacement/Credit.

WISKA UK Ltd offers free delivery on all online orders. As an additional service, WISKA UK Ltd provides other paid – time-based services. These can be viewed while placing an order prior to confirmation.
Content Agreement
All content on the website belongs to WISKA UK Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to, product images, logos, product videos and artwork. It is protected by intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly provided in this Content Agreement, no part of the Site and no Content may be modified, reproduced, published or redistributed in any way without WISKA UK Ltd’s express prior written consent.
WISKA UK Ltd allows for access to and downloading of Data Sheets and various supporting certifications/documentation including, but not limited to COSHH, VDE, Certifications of Conformity and UL approval. WISKA UK Ltd permits the use of these documents providing that you do not alter the information/language or present as your own.
